The Production Supervisor directs and coordinates production operations and employees within their assigned area. Ensures a safe working environment and the production of quality products based on standard operating procedures. Leads the continuous improvement processes in their area of responsibility.

Plan production schedules for the assigned area and establish priorities. Establish and adjust employee work schedules and assignments to meet goals. |
Identify, analyze and resolve manufacturing issues. Review ways to improve overall department productivity and drive improvements. |
Promote and ensure a clean and safe working environment. Enforce company operating and safety policies and procedures. |
Work with Purchasing to determine material requirements for the production schedule and ensure material is available when required. |
Work with Engineering to establish standard operating procedures and quality standards for each work cell. |
Work with the Maintenance team to establish maintenance procedures for all equipment in assigned work area. |
