The Retail Manager is responsible for managing the reconfiguration of finished goods to meet retail customer requirements while ensuring accurate and on-time shipments in the most cost-effective manner. Responsible for the efficient and timely completion of retail activities, including labeling, tagging, hanging, repacking, and constructing merchandisers. Develops a world-class team by hiring, training, motivating, appraising, disciplining and challenging team members.
Provide leadership to team members. Direct and coordinate department activities with the assistance of subordinate supervisors. Assign work responsibilities, provide instructions, prepare schedules, set deadlines and disseminate policy. Resolve issues as they arise. | 25% |
